Full Planning:
Our team will work with you every step of the way, from the moment you say yes, to the moment you walk down the aisle. We will work with you to make every decision (budget, location, dress, flowers, décor, etc.)! Our preferred vendors will be available to help make your decisions even easier. We will seamlessly tie all of the details of your event together to ensure your day is exactly what you envisioned and is an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. This package also includes full coordination the day of for your ceremony and reception.
Custom Planning:
If you are the type of bride that is looking to do most of the planning for your wedding yourself, but want creative, unique ideas and vendor recommendations then this package is for you. We will work with you to come up with a “vision for your wedding” and give you decorating ideas. We will also put you in touch with our preferred vendors to make your decisions a lot easier and less stressful.
Month Prior:
Have you already started or completed most of the details for your special day but are looking for someone to help you tie together all last minute details? With this package we will work with your chosen vendors to coordinate every detail for the day of your wedding. On the day of, our team will be by your side to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Day of Coordination:
Everyone knows things almost never go perfectly! On your special day you need someone you can rely on to take care of any issues that may arise quietly and without anyone noticing. That is what we are here for! We will make sure everyone involved in your wedding is on the same page, timing is correct and all your vendors know what to do and when.
Ceremony and Officiate Planning:
If you have not found a pastor to perform your wedding ceremony, we can help. Our team works closely with a group of pastors that are available to perform your wedding ceremony. Based on your personality, our team will match you with a pastor we see best fit. From there, Amanda will use her theatre background and prior ceremony knowledge to plan out your whole ceremony from start to finish. We will include all your personal touches and will ensure no details are left out.
Ceremony and Reception Design and Coordination:
The look of your ceremony and reception is one of the most important aspects of your wedding day. We will incorporate unique personal details into your wedding and will make sure everything flows together. We will work with you to plan and create your dream wedding and will manage the setup of your décor the day of.
